Frequently asked
- Does Dromeas need an internet connection? No — every calculator and the race planner work fully offline. A connection is only used for three things: scanning a barcode to look up its nutrition, and — if you choose to sign in — backing up and syncing your data.
- Do I need an account? No. Everything works signed out, and your data stays on your device. Signing in is optional and only exists to back your plans up and sync them to your other devices.
- How do I sign in? There's no password. Enter your email and we'll send you a 6-digit code.
- What gets synced if I sign in? Your race plans, saved products, and settings. Favorites are currently kept on your device only.
- Where are my Favorites stored? Locally on your device only. They're not backed up to any server, so they won't transfer automatically if you get a new phone (unless included in your iPhone/iCloud device backup).
- How do I delete my account? Settings → Account → Delete Account. That permanently removes your account and everything synced to the cloud; your plans stay on your device.
